We have a 14 day refund policy which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a refund.

For the return to be admissible, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its labels and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with any defective, damaged or wrong products so that we can assess the issue and resolve the issue.

A full refund will be issued if the product has quality issues, such as scratches on the print or cracked glass, and the wrong product was received. In order to obtain a full refund, products must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received.

Shipping costs will be borne by us even if the return is due to our error (in the event that you received an incorrect or defective product). Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.
