Do glass wall art prints fade over time?

Absolutely not. Our glass artworks are created using advanced printing technology and premium-quality materials designed for long-lasting beauty. We use professional-grade UV printing systems and high-quality inks that provide exceptional color stability, ensuring your artwork maintains its vibrant colors and stunning details for many years.

Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?

Our prints are produced with advanced color technology to achieve accurate and vibrant results. However, slight differences may occur due to variations in screen settings, brightness, and color calibration across different devices.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team before sending the product back so we can provide the necessary instructions. Returns made without prior contact cannot be processed. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total product price for returns due to personal preference.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each glass wall art piece is made to order with great attention to detail. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by 2–5 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

Will my glass wall art arrive safely?

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. Each piece is made from durable tempered glass and carefully packaged in a reinforced box with protective corner guards to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we'll replace it promptly at no additional cost. If you notice visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact us immediately so we can assist you.

What are your shipping costs?

There are none. Every LuxArtDeco order is delivered with complimentary Express Shipping, ensuring your artwork arrives quickly and at no extra cost.



Do you create custom glass wall art from personal images?

Yes. We can transform your favorite photo or artwork into a stunning tempered glass print. Just get in touch with our team to discuss your project. Your uploaded images are securely stored for 30 days only to support production and possible replacements, then permanently removed. We respect your privacy—your files remain confidential and are never shared or used without your permission.

How do I install my glass wall art?



Installing your artwork is quick and easy. We've prepared a step-by-step installation video to guide you through the process. Simply watch the video below and follow the instructions for a secure and hassle-free installation.

 

Does my order include everything needed for installation?

Each order includes the mounting hardware required to hang your glass wall art. However, screws, wall plugs, and installation tools are not included, as the appropriate fixings depend on your wall type. We recommend using hardware suitable for your specific wall surface.

Can I contact customer support on weekends or holidays?

Absolutely. You can reach out to us at any time, and we'll respond to your inquiry within 24 hours, regardless of when it's submitted.

Can I hang my artwork in a different orientation?

If you'd like to display your glass wall art in a different orientation than shown on our website, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. We'll be happy to confirm whether your chosen design can be mounted as requested.

Do you offer custom-sized wall art?

Yes, we produce custom-sized glass wall art for wholesale and business orders only. If you'd like to discuss a custom project, please contact our team for more information.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return your item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the product you'd prefer. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production of your custom glass wall art begins, and we are no longer able to cancel the order.

Are return shipping costs covered for orders with free shipping?

Free shipping applies to the original delivery only. If you choose to return your order, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund. If you return your entire order, you'll receive a full refund. For partial returns, you'll be refunded for the value of the returned item(s) only.

How do I care for my glass wall art?

Simply wipe the glass surface with a standard glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to keep your artwork clean and looking its best.

Can I install glass wall art in my bathroom?

Yes. Our tempered glass wall art is resistant to moisture and humidity, making it a great choice for bathroom spaces and other areas with higher humidity levels.

Can I place glass wall art above a radiator or near a heat source?

Yes. Our glass wall art is made from durable 4mm tempered glass, which is designed to withstand heat, making it suitable for areas near radiators or other heated spaces.
