Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.


In the event of unexpected delays due to external factors, we will reach out to you via email or phone to keep you informed.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You can find the weight of each item on its product page. The shipping cost will be clearly shown during the checkout process.


For express shipping, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather disruptions, strikes, or customs processing.


Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Duties and Taxes
All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the price at checkout. There are no additional charges for you upon delivery — what you see is what you pay.


Damaged Items
Luxartdeco assumes responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.


If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team at info@luxartdeco.com and include a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging.


Please note: we cannot accept damage claims once the item has been used, installed, or modified. Please keep all original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved.


Incorrect Shipping Details
It is important to double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as our system is fully automated. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us at info@luxartdeco.com within 24 hours.


If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, you may choose from the following options:


  • A 50% refund of the order total
  • A reshipment at your expense

Return Policy
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase is required.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will work with you to either issue a full refund or send a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs in such cases, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.


Voluntary Returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered)
If you're returning an item due to personal preference or an incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, even if the item was originally shipped with free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.


Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:


  • The product is not returned in its original packaging
  • Parts or accessories are missing

Custom Orders
Custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been placed. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your custom order.


How to Return an Item
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@luxartdeco.com. We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
